Reservation Policies

Please take a look at our policies to help us serve you to the best of our abilities.

  • Reservations booked on Tock will carry a 20% service charge that goes directly to staff. For in house charges, a 20% gratuity will be added to parties of 6 or more.

    Seatings are limited to 2 hours.

  • Your reservation may be cancelled up until 72 hours prior to the time of your reservation for a full refund.

    Refunds will not be offered for cancellations within the 72 hours period prior to your reservation.

    You are welcome to transfer your reservation to another person or party via your Tock profile. Thank you for understanding.

  • Due to the size of our restaurant, and time sensitive nature of our service, we ask that you be on time for your reservation.

    Please plan ahead for traffic, and parking difficulties. We are able to hold your reservation for 15 minutes after your reservation time.

    We will not be able to seat you after 15 minutes. Guests arriving after the 15 minute mark will not be seated and will be subject to our cancellation policy as stated above. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

  • $80 per bottle. 2 bottle maximum.

  • Your party size is final when a reservation is made. We ask that you do not make multiple reservations with the intent to be seated together as this requires one single reservation.
